Production Manager Requirements:

Kitchen or production experience preferred Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices Able to lift 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment Reliable, detail-oriented, and team-focused Experience with prep, commissary, or high-volume kitchens is a plus
