Job Description
Immediate Direct Hire opportunity to join the management team of an automotive employer in Vonore, TN! Responsible for leading a department of supervisors, technicians, and operators to hit performance targets and ensure customer satisfaction. You will drive operational excellence by managing budgets, supporting new program launches, and fostering a growth-oriented work culture.

Key Responsibilities Production Leadership:
Direct manufacturing teams to meet shipment requirements and quality/cost objectives.Strategic Oversight:
Develop unit budgets, performance targets, and cost-improvement strategies.Customer Liaison:
Interface directly with customers regarding quality and delivery.Continuous Improvement:
Champion lean production, inventory reduction, and shift-to-shift communication.Safety & Compliance:
Ensure total adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HS&E) policies.Qualifications Education:
Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Business, Lorgistics or a related field required.Experience:
5-7 years in automotive manufacturingIndustry Knowledge:
Proven experience with continuous flow and lean manufacturing in the automotive sector.Skills:
