Production Manager

The Opportunity As a Production Manager at our York, PA plant, you will step into a highly visible leadership role at the center of a complex, continuously running manufacturing operation. This position blends technical process ownership with frontline leadership, giving you the opportunity to impact product quality, operational performance, and team effectiveness in a meaningful way. You'll lead across both kiln operations—where product quality is formed—and packaging—where automation and customer delivery come together—making this a uniquely dynamic and rewarding role. What You'll Do Lead day-to-day operations across kiln and packaging areas in a 24/7 production environment Drive a strong culture of safety, accountability, and operational discipline Own performance across key metrics including efficiency, quality, and waste reduction Partner closely with technical resources and cross-functional teams to optimize processes and solve problems Support and develop front-line leadership to build a high-performing, engaged workforce Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives that enhance productivity and reliability Balance hands-on floor presence with strategic oversight of operations and performance What You Bring Leadership experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment Strong ability to balance technical problem-solving with people leadership Experience working in continuous or high-volume production settings A mindset focused on continuous improvement, ownership, and results Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, operationally complex environment

Education:
