Production Operator - Machine Operator Looking to get your foot in the door with a growing food manufacturing company? We are hiring Production Operators to join our team! This is a great opportunity to build hands-on experience while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. What You'll Do Operate production and packaging equipment at standard run rates Monitor product quality and make basic adjustments as needed Remove off-spec product and communicate any issues quickly Complete simple production and quality documentation Support cleaning, sanitation, and basic equipment upkeep Follow all safety, GMP, and food safety procedures Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe Work closely with your team to keep production running smoothly What We're Looking For Interest in manufacturing or food production Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail Ability to stay focused in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Team player with strong communication skills Willingness to learn and grow Why Apply? Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Decatur, IL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $30.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
