Job Description

Do you have a solid work history with longevity within a manufacturing or warehouse environment? Are you in the Naugatuck area with reliable transportation and the openness to work in a "clean room" setting? We are in need of a Production Operator to join our team full time in our Naugatuck plant. Hours are 8am-4pm, Monday through Friday Pay starting at $20/hour This is a permanent position and all applicants must be able to provide references, show a solid work history, valid driver's license as well as pass a criminal background check and drug screening. If hired, you will be eligible for full company benefits and possible annual bonuses dependent on company performance. High SchoolResponsibilities Weigh ingredients for production as per instructions on batch record Load products onto machines and trays to dry finished goods, set up and operate manufacturing equipment•blenders, granulators, mill, etc. Stage utensils for manufacturing Sanitize equipment using machines before and after use and keeping manufacturing area and warehouse clean Document cleaning logs Weigh and pack finished products, apply labels on packaged product containers This person will be fully gowned up as if in a "clean room" environment Operate a Forklift to move larger loads of products and raw materials Heavy lifting up to 60 lbs.
