Production Punch Out Team Member, Residential New Build Franklin, VA 23851 $600 a day - Full-time $600 a day - Full-time Overview Join our dynamic team as a Production Punch Out Team Member dedicated to residential new build projects. In this role, you will be the final touchpoint in the construction process, ensuring each home meets our high standards of quality and craftsmanship. This position offers a rewarding opportunity to apply your construction skills in a fast-paced environment while collaborating with skilled trades and project managers to deliver exceptional results.

Pay:

$600 per unit (2 story townhomes), 4 units will be available in early June. With several more units in development over the summer. Unit repair lists typically take 1 to 1.5 days to complete. Responsibilities Complete detailed punch-out list provided by Project Managers on residential new builds Experience in tasks such as caulking, painting, trim carpentry, drywall finishing, and fixture installation to achieve polished finishes Maintain accurate records of punch list items and completion status Proven experience in residential construction or remodeling projects Skilled in various trades including carpentry (frame carpentry, door hanging), flooring installation, trim repairs, drywall finishing, caulking/painting, masonry, roofing, siding, and cabinet adjusting/installation Ability to operate hand tools, power tools and ladders safely on active sites Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills for identifying issues during punch-out inspections/repairs Effective communication skills to coordinate with team members and subcontractors •Valid/Current Driver's License and reliable daily transportation (pick up truck preferred) is required.
