Job Posting TitleProduction SchedulerJob Description Position Overview Eaton Compressor & Fabrication is seeking an experienced Specification & Owners Manuals Writer / Daily Production Scheduler to join our team. This dual-role position requires a detail-oriented professional who can create precise technical documentation while managing daily production scheduling operations in our air compressor manufacturing facility.
Key Responsibilities Technical Writing & Documentation:
Develop and maintain product specifications, technical manuals, and user guides for air compressor systems Create clear, accurate assembly instructions and maintenance documentation Write and update operating procedures and safety guidelines Prepare parts lists, and diagrams, with technical illustrations assistance from our CAD Technician Revise existing manuals based on product updates and customer feedback When applicable work with our media team to generate the support videos needed Production Scheduling (Sage100): Plan and coordinate production schedules to meet customer delivery requirements Monitor workflow and adjust schedules to optimize efficiency and resource utilization Coordinate with fabrication, assembly, and purchasing departments Raise the red flag when material is short to prevent production delays Communicate schedule changes and priorities to production teams Required Qualifications Proven experience in related industrial equipment or automotive industry's Strong technical writing skills with ability to communicate complex information clearly Experience with production scheduling and manufacturing operations Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications
Benefits Package Eligibility:
Benefits available after 60 days of employment
Medical Insurance:

Paid Time Off:
After 60 days: 1 week vacation (40 hours) + 3 personal days (24 hours for 5/8 schedule or 30 hours for 4/10 schedule) After 3 years: 2 weeks vacation (80 hours) After 10 years: 3 weeks vacation (120 hours)
Pay:
$20.00 - $30.00 per hour
