Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Material Cycle Counter to join our dynamic warehouse team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for accurately tracking inventory levels, conducting cycle counts, and ensuring the integrity of our materials handling processes. Your proactive approach will help maintain optimal stock levels and support smooth warehouse operations. Responsibilities Perform regular cycle counts of inventory using RF scanners and warehouse management systems to ensure accuracy. Identify discrepancies between physical stock and system records, investigating causes promptly and reporting to Management. Operate heavy equipment such as forklifts, clamp trucks, pallet jacks, and cranes to load, unload, and move materials safely within the warehouse. Maintain detailed records of inventory movements, adjustments, and cycle count results in compliance with OSHA standards. Support warehouse supervisors by providing accurate inventory data to facilitate order picking and shipping processes. Follow safety protocols during all materials handling activities, including heavy lifting and mechanical equipment operation. Experience Prior experience in warehouse distribution or logistics environments is highly preferred. Hands-on experience with order picker trucks, clamp trucks, forklift operation, or crane use is essential. Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners is required for efficient inventory tracking. Familiarity with OSHA safety standards related to heavy equipment operation and materials handling is necessary. Previous roles involving shipping & receiving, load & unload procedures, or related warehousing are advantageous.

Pay:

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
