up to $34 (Based on experience) Job Description We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead manufacturing operations during the 2nd shift at our Valley City facility. This role is pivotal in supervising production teams and ensuring safety, quality, productivity, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will possess proven leadership experience in manufacturing and strong people-management skills. Responsibilities Oversee 13-14 team members. Supervise and lead production employees during 2nd shift operations. Ensure production schedules, quality standards, and safety requirements are met. Monitor workflow, productivity, and efficiency; identify and resolve issues. Train, coach, and develop team members to support performance and engagement. Enforce company policies, work instructions, and safety procedures. Collaborate with maintenance, quality, and management teams to support operations. Track production metrics and support continuous improvement initiatives. Conduct shift handoffs and maintain accurate production documentation. Work Environment Join a manufacturer of precision hydraulic components and assemblies serving the agricultural, automotive, and heavy industry markets. The facility consists of five buildings and is temperature controlled, clean, and well-lit. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Valley City, OH. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $70720.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
