Production Supervisor

Overview Help with daily operations with live poultry egg production. Responsibilities Supervise daily production activities on the factory floor, ensuring all operations run smoothly and efficiently Coordinate with team members to meet production targets while maintaining high safety and quality standards Oversee the use of hand tools, power tools, forklifts, and other equipment to support assembly line tasks and warehouse functions Monitor the assembly process, troubleshoot mechanical issues, and implement solutions to minimize downtime Lead safety protocols by conducting regular inspections, enforcing proper use of personal protective equipment, and fostering a safety-first culture Train new employees on manufacturing procedures, equipment operation, and workplace safety practices Maintain accurate production records, logs, and reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement Qualifications Proven factory experience in a manufacturing environment with hands-on assembly line work Mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues quickly Experience operating forklifts, hand tools, power tools, and other warehouse machinery Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team Familiarity with warehouse operations and inventory management systems is preferred Excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively across departments Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as needed in a fast-paced setting Join us in shaping innovative products while advancing your career in a vibrant manufacturing environment!
