In this role, you will oversee daily factory activities, coordinate assembly line operations, and maintain high safety and quality standards. Your leadership will drive efficiency, foster teamwork, and uphold the integrity of our manufacturing facility.   • 4:15 PM & Friday 7:00 AM
  • 12:00 noon Duties and Responsibilities include the following list. Maintains and enforces adherence to meet the requirements of the Quality Management System as well as the Marine Equipment Directive (MED) and the Pressure Equipment Directive (PED). Other duties may be assigned. Manages manufacturing staff requirements.
  • Manages inventories of finished products.
  • Manages inventories of raw materials.
  • Establishes, communicates, and measures performance toward achievement of both short and long term production goals.
  • Interrelates with all other departments to ensure efficient production operations.
  • Uses electronic devices for data entry (tablets/PCs).
  • Guides production employee development.
  • Leads and ensures special projects are completed to facilitate production needs.
  • Maintain and enforce adherence to meet the requirements of the Quality Management System as well as the Marine Equipment Directive (MED) the Pressure Equipment (PED) and the Pressure Equipment Safety Regulation (PESR).
Qualifications:

Education/Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or six to eight years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Ability:
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Math Ability:
Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of word processing software; spreadsheet software; inventory software; internet software; human resource systems and manufacturing software.

Hours Team Building and Leadership Training Supervisory Responsibilities:
Manages employees in the Sea-Fire Pre-engineered Systems. Is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of these units. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
