Production Technician

Looking for production technicians to provide mitigation and restoration services for commercial and residential buildings that have been damaged by fire, water, biohazard, mold, and other losses. If you have experience with commercial cleaning, specialized cleaning, demolition, carpet cleaning, construction/contracting work, janitorial services, general labor, or any other related labor experience or training, please feel free to apply. We provide on-the-job training, so mitigation experience is not required. Hours vary and can be long. Manual labor, cleaning, and demolition are performed on-site at each loss location. Employees meet at the Statesboro warehouse in the morning, load vehicles and prepare equipment, run through proprietary system checklists, and attend mandatory safety meetings before being dispatched to jobs scheduled for the day. An employee may go to one or more job location each day, or may provide job-related services or attend training at the warehouse. At the end of an employee's shift, they return to the warehouse, unload their vehicle, and perform end-of-day required tasks before clocking out for the day. Opportunity for overtime and a discretionary, performance-based bonus. Access to proprietary digital learning systems and training is provided, as well as hands-on job training. Certification opportunities can become available to the right candidates who show a desire to grow in the industry and show commitment to the company. Must have or obtain a driver's license within six months of beginning employment, be able to pass a background check, pass a drug test, and be legal to work in the US. Pay:

$10.00 - $16.00 per hour
