PRODUCTION WORKER

Job Overview We are seeking workers for a food facility in North San Diego. Applicants should expect hands-on, physical labor. The ideal applicant is ready to work hard and learn a variety of tasks throughout the production process. Shifts are on Saturday, Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday starting at 230PM and lasting 8 - 9 hours apiece. This role is a full-time position. Applicants experienced in a food production/bakery are encouraged to apply. Duties Operate machinery (including set-up, operation, and troubleshooting) to produce products according to specifications. Read and complete bake sheets and food safety documentation as needed. Maintain a clean and organized work area within the manufacturing facility. Work in a team in an efficient and safe manner. Use of hand tools for general maintenance and sanitation. Qualifications Production line and/or food manufacturing preferred, but not required. Basic mechanical familiarity for troubleshooting or maintenance work. The ability to work in a team-oriented environment. Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift 50lbs (ingredient) as needed.
