Subcontractors with proven experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to deliver consistent, high-quality results are strongly encouraged to apply. Requirements Must be able to pass a background check Minimum of 2 years of residential or commercial cleaning experience Must have reliable transportation Must provide own cleaning supplies and equipment Must follow proper safety protocols when handling broken glass Must be able to communicate in English Must provide professional and respectful customer service Must demonstrate common sense and professional judgment at all times Must maintain proper personal hygiene conduct on job sites. Spitting is only permitted in bathroom sinks or toilets, never in kitchen sinks. Service Types Residential Cleaning (Standard Cleaning, Deep Cleaning, Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning, Post-Construction Cleaning) Janitorial / Office Cleaning Locations Chicago area and surrounding suburbs Service Frequency One-Time, Recurring, On-Call, and Contract-Based Opportunities Preferred Service Days Monday - Friday (weekend opportunities may be available)

Service Hours Arrival Window:

8:30 AM - 9:00 AM (arrival after 9:00 AM is considered late) Certain jobs may have later start times depending on client needs Additional daytime and evening opportunities may be available depending on client needs Subcontractor Requirements (Compliance) To be considered, Subcontractors must provide: General Liability Insurance Certificate (COI) Completed Form W-9 This helps protect both the Subcontractor and the client while maintaining a high professional standard. Payment Terms Payment terms, including payment schedule, are established and agreed upon between Clairfèct (Contractor) and the Subcontractor prior to the start of each assignment. Clairfèct typically issues all subcontractor payments via Zelle. Some contracts may include larger properties or office environments , requiring efficiency, teamwork, and strong attention to detail. Compensation & Payment Subcontractors are compensated using a flat-rate payment structure per job or grouped assignments. Payments may be issued per completed job or combined across multiple assignments, depending on the scope of work and agreement. The flat rate will be communicated before the Subcontractor accepts each assignment. Flat-rate compensation is determined based on: Property size Scope of work Service type Job complexity Location Number of cleaners required Cleaning condition Flat-rate payments are typically based on the estimated time required to complete the service. When converted using estimated completion time, Subcontractor earnings generally equate to approximately $17.00 to $22.00 per hour or more , depending on the complexity and scope of the job. Actual hourly earnings may vary based on efficiency. Compensation under this agreement is not hourly employment wages , but the agreed flat-rate payment per assignment.
