,POSITION SUMMARYThe Professional Development Director has a wide range of responsibilities that directly correlate to the successful delivery of services and solutions to the client base of Ferrilli. The position is responsible for managing a team of employees, ensuring high customer satisfaction, as well as performing duties that will enhance the operations of delivery for the organization.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Employee Management:
- Schedule and lead developmental meetings with direct reports.
- Assist employees with creating a professional development plan on an annual basis.
- Guide employees into productive habits that encourage success in their positions.
- Ensure employees are completing and keep up to date with all product certifications and training.
- Build trust-based relationships with team to include an in-depth understanding of professional aspirations, experiences, strengths, development needs and relevant personal circumstances.
- Manage bi-annual evaluation process and continuous feedback in close cooperation with project managers and leadership.
- Participate in the recruitment and interviewing process for new consultants; assist HR team with employee onboarding as needed.
- Customer Satisfaction
- Provide employees with guidance on proper customer service techniques.
- Monitor customer service scores of employees on NPS and ad-hoc feedback loops-both.
- Operational
- Assist Vice President, People with identifying resource needs for future work.
- Coordinate with and support Resource Managers and Engagement Directors in providing back-up for employee absences or resource shortages.
- Organizational
- Ensure the Ferrilli team members are following the guiding principles of the company manifesto.
- Deliver presentations to the organization on the company policies, manifesto items, or during orientations.
- Coordinate with and support Resource Managers and Engagement Directors to backfill needs due to absence or resource shortage.
QUALIFICATIONS
- A Bachelor's degree in related field required.
- A minimum of 8 years' experience leading both the financial and client relationships for numerous projects.
- Hands on technical or functional experience in practice area.
- Willingness to travel when required for client or internal business.
