Job Description

Job Overview A Clean Getaway is hiring Professional House Cleaners / Cleaning Team Members for our Lincoln City and Lincoln County service area. We are a locally owned, 5-star cleaning company that provides high-quality residential cleaning, vacation rental cleaning, move-out cleaning, deep cleaning, and recurring cleaning services. We are looking for reliable, detail-oriented people who take pride in their work and want to be part of a professional team. This is not just a basic cleaning job. We are building a stronger, more organized company with real systems, training, quality standards, and room to grow. The right person will be dependable, respectful in clients' homes, willing to learn our process, and able to work efficiently without cutting corners. Experience is helpful, but we are also willing to train the right person if they have a strong work ethic, good attitude, and reliable transportation. Duties and Responsibilities
  • Clean residential homes, vacation rentals, and other assigned properties to company standards
  • Perform general cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, living areas, and detail work
  • Complete deep cleaning tasks such as baseboards, blinds, appliances, interior windows, cabinets, and high-touch surfaces when assigned
  • Follow cleaning checklists and job instructions for each property
  • Restock supplies and report low inventory when needed
  • Take care of company equipment and supplies
  • Communicate clearly with management about job status, issues, damages, missing supplies, or schedule concerns
  • Work independently or as part of a team depending on the job
  • Maintain a professional, respectful attitude with clients, coworkers, and management
  • Arrive on time and ready to work
  • Help maintain A Clean Getaway's 5-star quality reputation Requirements
  • Must be reliable, punctual, and able to follow directions
  • Must have strong attention to detail
  • Must be able to work at a steady pace while maintaining quality
  • Must have reliable transportation to job locations
  • Must be able to lift, bend, kneel, stand, reach, and move throughout the day
  • Must be comfortable using common cleaning products and equipment
  • Must be able to communicate clearly by phone or text
  • Must be trustworthy and respectful inside clients' homes and rental properties
  • Must be willing to learn company systems, checklists, and quality standards
  • Prior professional cleaning experience is preferred but not required Preferred Qualifications
  • Residential cleaning experience
  • Vacation rental or Airbnb cleaning experience
  • Move-out or deep cleaning experience
  • Customer service experience
  • Experience working independently without constant supervision
