Hiring asap Duties Perform thorough stripping of old wax and dirt from various flooring surfaces using specialized equipment and environmentally friendly products. Apply high-quality wax coatings to restore shine and protect floors from wear and tear. Buff floors to achieve a smooth, glossy finish that enhances the overall aesthetic. Conduct regular cleaning routines including sweeping, mopping, and detailed spot cleaning to maintain cleanliness standards. Utilize carpet cleaning techniques when necessary to ensure comprehensive janitorial services across all flooring types. Follow safety protocols during all procedures to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with health standards. Maintain detailed records of work performed, supplies used, and areas serviced for quality assurance. Requirements Proven experience in floor care, including stripping, waxing, buffing, and general janitorial or custodial services. Strong knowledge of cleaning methods specific to commercial environments and various flooring materials. Ability to operate professional floor care equipment safely and efficiently. Familiarity with environmental services best practices and eco-friendly cleaning products is a plus. Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results consistently. Good physical stamina to stand, bend, lift heavy equipment, and perform repetitive tasks throughout shifts. Prior experience in carpet cleaning or general custodial work is advantageous but not mandatory.
