Job description: Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Server to join our team at The Stillhouse! The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional guest service in a fast-paced environment Duties

• Welcome and greet guests.
• Present menus, make recommendations, and take food and beverage orders
• Deliver food and beverages promptly and accurately
• Upsell menu items and beverages to enhance the guest experience
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
• Process payments using POS systems Qualifications
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be willing and available to work weekends.
• Must have a basic knowledge of dining room and service procedures and functions.
• Possess basic math skills and have the ability to handle money and operate a point-of-sale system.
• Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (5+ hours).
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Be able to safely lift and easily maneuver trays of food frequently weighing up to 20 to 25 pounds.
• Exceptional communication both verbal and written
• Good problem solving skills and must be able to convey information and ideas clearly.
• Must work well in stressful, high-pressure situations.
• Excellent interpersonal relationships by establishing and maintaining a cooperative team playing environment
