The Program Coordinator will work with the Direct Support Professionals and Program Director to ensure that programming appropriately addresses the needs of assigned service recipients. The Program Coordinator is directly responsible for the daily operation of the assigned home/service recipient services. The Program Coordinator's schedule is negotiated and planned with the Program Director based on the needs of the home.

Employee Assistance Program General Requirements:

Must be at least 18 years of age. Must speak fluent English; follow written and verbal instructions in English; read, comprehend, and implement programs written in English; and document, chart, and log information in English. Must be a licensed driver with a good driving record. Must have a dependable, insured vehicle. Must comply with a DHS background study; in order to maintain employment, the background study must come back "qualified" based on DHS background study requirements.

Education/Experience Requirements:

Must have a HS Diploma or equivalent; at least one year of working experience with individuals with disabilities or related field on a professional level is preferred.
