The Program Manager will oversee and coordinate projects within our aluminum extrusion manufacturing plant. This role involves managing program timelines, resources, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution that aligns with our operational goals and meets customer requirements. What you will be doing Serve as the primary contact for customers, addressing their needs and concerns. Communicate all program-related issues and requirements to Hydro Extrusion operations. Lead efforts to resolve these issues effectively. Assist in negotiating any commercial or pricing matters. Ensure the financial success of the program by meeting production goals and monitoring associated costs. Identify and plan for personnel needs to support the program's success. Explore new business opportunities, whether through existing programs or other channels. What will make you successful?
Required Education/Experience :
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 5-year relevant experience, preferably a manufacturing environment.
Preferred Skills/Qualifications :
PMP Proficient in project management software and tools. Strong analytical abilities for data-driven decision-making. Excellent problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail. Proficient in blueprint reading. Familiarity with APQP and IATF standards.
