Position Overview We are seeking experienced and highly skilled technicians to join our team in a flexible, project-based role designed for experienced handymen looking for supplemental work opportunities and future growth potential.

Experienced handymen Independent tradespeople Self-employed professionals seeking supplemental work Skilled technicians looking for scheduling flexibility Experienced remodel or construction professionals This is a W-2 position with flexible scheduling based on both company demand and technician availability. Work opportunities are offered based on business demand and technician availability. Hours are not guaranteed; however, we anticipate opportunities commonly ranging from approximately 15-25+ hours per week , with potential for additional opportunities as the business grows.

Compensation:

$30.00-$40.00 per hour depending on experience, skill level, and demonstrated capabilities.

Typical Work Hours:

Monday-Friday approximately 8:00 AM-6:00 PM Major holidays off What You'll Be Doing Perform high-quality residential and light commercial handyman work Support larger projects including remodels, bathrooms, carpentry projects, installations, repairs, and specialty work Work independently or alongside existing technicians depending on project needs Troubleshoot job site challenges and help identify practical solutions Assist with maintaining efficient workflow and high customer satisfaction Communicate clearly and professionally with customers regarding project scope, progress, and expectations Document work through photos and mobile applications when required Provide guidance and support to junior technicians when working on larger team projects Follow company safety procedures and maintain safe work practices Skills & Experience We're Looking For Minimum 5+ years of hands-on handyman, remodeling, construction, maintenance, or related trade experience preferred Strong working knowledge in multiple trades, including some combination of: Carpentry Drywall repair Doors and trim work Flooring installation and repair Tile work Painting Minor plumbing Minor electrical General repairs and installations Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems independently Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently while maintaining quality standards Reliable transportation Valid driver's license Current auto insurance Authorized to work in the United States Comfortable using smartphones and mobile applications Ability to safely lift approximately 50 pounds and perform physical work indoors and outdoors Tools & Equipment Technicians should have their own standard hand and power tools appropriate for the work they perform. Company specialty tools and equipment may be available when needed. Availability Expectations Candidates should generally be available for at least 1-3 weekdays per week during normal business hours.
