Important This position is part of an ongoing tender (bidding) process. Your mission As Project Control Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing project controls, including cost management, scheduling, and risk management, ensuring the successful delivery of the project. Responsibilities Develop and maintain project control systems to monitor project progress, performance, and key indicators. Manage project scheduling, cost control, and contract administration, ensuring alignment with project objectives. Monitor project budgets and forecasts, identifying deviations and implementing corrective actions. Analyze project risks and support the implementation of mitigation strategies. Provide accurate and timely reports on project status to support decision-making. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience as Project Control Manager in construction or infrastructure projects. Experience working with EPC, EPCM, or CM contracts. Strong knowledge of project control tools and methodologies (Primavera P6, cost control systems, etc.). Experience working in multidisciplinary project environments. Full professional fluency in English and Spanish (mandatory). Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced project environment.
