Project Coordinators play a key role in this work. They help make sure materials are approved, ordered, and delivered on time so projects stay on schedule and customers stay informed. Mission of the Role The Project Coordinator supports projects from start to finish. This role helps CP Build remain a trusted partner in interior finishes. The Project Coordinator works closely with field teams, vendors, and internal partners. Responsibilities include coordinating product submittals, ordering physical materials, tracking schedules, and managing communication. This role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and follow-through. The Project Coordinator is a planner, problem solver, and process-focused team member. Requirements Education High School Diploma or equivalent Experience At least 1 year in an administrative role supporting internal teams At least 1 year coordinating real, physical product ordering (such as flooring, construction materials, fixtures, or equipment) Experience managing lead times, delivery timing, or phased ordering based on a project schedule Technical Skills Strong computer skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office Soft Skills and Work Style Highly organized and comfortable planning ahead Strong attention to detail Able to manage deadlines and follow up before issues occur Able to handle multiple projects at the same time Customer‑focused with clear communication skills Works well independently and as part of a team Follows established processes and standards Takes initiative and uses good judgment Acts with honesty and integrity at all times Preferred Qualifications 2 or more years of experience in the commercial flooring industry , including exposure to product submittals, material ordering, or installation coordination Ability to read architectural drawings Experience with Procore and/or Bluebeam Bilingual Spanish‑speaking Key Responsibilities and Outcomes Prepare and send product submittals on time Track returned submittals and coordinate updates Order materials to match project and installation schedules Coordinate phased deliveries to avoid early or late material drops Follow up with vendors on lead times and delivery dates Send weekly updates to internal teams on material and project status
