POSITION DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES POSITION SUMMARY

The primary responsibilities of this position include coordinating customer deliveries. Making sure they are accurate and on time. This position will work with the Design and Production Departments as well as the Contractors to ensure project accuracy and overall quality of the project.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Organizing deliveries/System Scheduling. Work with haulers and customers to ensure needed delivery dates are met.
• Cross check packing lists and load quantities to ensure accuracy and quality of delivery.
• Jobsite visits.
• Coordinate with contractors to ensure current and accurate plan sets and spec sheets are utilized.
• Communication with current and potential customers.

Position Requirements Minimum two years experience with Midwest Manufacturing or equivalent experience and/or training. Minimum one year supervisory experience is preferred. Working knowledge of modern sales and management methods and techniques. Able to write and speak clearly and accurately. Able to establish and maintain effective working relationships. Able to tactfully deal with customers. Strong knowledge of construction industry. Ability to read and interpret construction documents a plus.
