Project Coordinator - Retail Wintel Location(s): Berkeley Heights, NJ Job Description Knowledge on Windows Client Operating Systems. Configuration of workstation ethernet and wireless connectivity for DNS, IPv4 and DHCP. Knowledge of Intune. Document issues and resolutions in thepany ticketing system. Desktop/Laptop build and support. Deployment of new systems and administration of system deployment software. Knowledge of hardware and OS boot process. Understanding of

LAN/WAN/VLAN, TCP/IP, UDP.

Good troubleshooting skills, wirless knowledge. Understanding of iOS and Andriod devices. Following up with the vendor for hardware related issues. Good idea about power point and excel for reporting. Need to coordinate with store managers over Teams. Write and update SOP's. Good to have skills: Excellentmunication skills, Flexible working in EST and PST timings.
