Akkodis is seeking a for a Project Manager

Location:

Terrace, IL Hybrid for a contract

Duration:

12+Months initially.

Pay Range:

$65/h

• $70/h; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Note:

3 days a week in office, T-Th. M and F from home. Hybrid

• may have to go into the field.

• Mid Level The Mid-Level Project Manager is responsible for leading projects from initiation through completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

This role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, along with proficiency in project management tools and methodologies. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage project plans, including scope, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. Lead project teams, coordinate activities, and drive progress toward defined goals. Monitor project performance, proactively identify risks or issues, and implement mitigation strategies. Communicate project status, updates, and outcomes to stakeholders and senior management. Manage project budgets, ensuring financial accountability and adherence to cost constraints. Facilitate project meetings, encourage collaboration, and resolve conflicts to maintain momentum. Ensure projects meet quality standards and are delivered on schedule. Maintain project documentation, including plans, schedules, reports, and lessons learned. Support the adoption of project management best practices and continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications Proven experience managing projects across all phases of the lifecycle. Electric utility and constructions project management experience. Electric distribution, managed electric utility projects Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Proficiency in project management software and tools. PMP certification (required).
