Project Manager

Description Manage multifamily projects from preconstruction through final turnover Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and cost forecasts Oversee subcontractor buyout, contract administration, and change management Partner closely with Superintendents to ensure field execution aligns with schedule and budget Lead project meetings with owners, architects, engineers, and trade partners Review drawings, submittals, RFIs, and change orders Monitor project progress and proactively identify and mitigate risks Ensure compliance with contract requirements, quality standards, and safety policies Skills Project management, Construction, Construction management, Project coordination, Commercial construction, Rfi, Change order Top Skills Details Project management,Construction,Construction management,Project coordination Additional Skills & Qualifications Proven experience managing projects from preconstruction through close‑out Strong understanding of construction financials, scheduling, and contract administration Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive accountability Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills Experience Level Intermediate Level Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Virginia Beach, VA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $57.00 - $62.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
