Job Description:
Join our dynamic team as a Project Manager, where you'll lead high-impact projects in a fast-paced environment. This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects that span multiple business lines and functional areas. Responsibilities Lead and manage mid to large-scale projects from concept to implementation, ensuring alignment with business goals. Collaborate with business leaders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Develop and maintain integrated project plans, tracking milestones and managing dependencies. Facilitate communication and reporting with stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment. Identify and resolve project issues, performing impact analysis and prioritization. Manage project financials, including budgeting and forecasting, to ensure project success. Conduct knowledge transfer and lessons-learned reviews to support continuous improvement. Skills Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in a related field. 5+ years of project management experience, demonstrating strong leadership and organizational skills. Proficiency in project management methodologies such as waterfall and agile. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present effectively to all levels of management. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage risks and issues effectively. Preferred Skills Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification or equivalent. Experience in Cybersecurity, Governance, and Risk Management. Ability to work autonomously and lead virtual teams.
