Project Manager - Construction Execution

We've deliberately split project management into two focused roles — one that plans, one that executes. This is the execution role. WHAT YOU'LL DO

You take projects from handoff to completion. Once the Planning PM hands you a fully scoped, budgeted project, you own everything from that moment forward: contractor scheduling, site oversight, quality control, cost tracking, and final closeout.

EXPERIENCE

5+ years of construction project management or general contracting experience Proven track record managing multiple subcontractors and active job site simultaneously Deep knowledge of residential rehab, renovation, and remodeling

• all major trades Demonstrated history of delivering projects on time and within budget Ability to read and interpret scopes of work, architectural plans, and construction drawings Proficiency in project management software Competence in MicroSoft Office and mobile project tracking tools Working knowledge of building codes, permitting, and inspection requirements OSHA 10 or 30 strongly preferred
• required within 90 days Valid driver's license PMP, CCM, or equivalent PM certification a plus Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or an equivalent combination of experience and education
