Project Manager - Commercial Construction Guy C. Long, Inc. Philadelphia Area | Full-Time About Us Founded in 1926, Guy C. For over 100 years, we have specialized in commercial interior finishing systems including framing, drywall, acoustical ceilings, carpentry, and specialty systems throughout Southeastern Pennsylvania and surrounding areas. Our longevity is a testament to our commitment to exceeding expectations, bringing projects in on budget, meeting schedules, working safely, and delivering quality craftsmanship on projects of all sizes. Position Overview We are seeking an organized and motivated Project Manager to oversee commercial construction projects from kickoff through closeout. This role requires someone who communicates well, stays organized under pressure, and can successfully coordinate between office staff, field teams, subcontractors, vendors, and clients. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple moving parts simultaneously. Responsibilities Manage construction projects from start to finish Coordinate schedules, materials, subcontractors, and field communication Review drawings, specifications, contracts, and scopes of work Track RFIs, submittals, change orders, and closeout documentation Monitor project budgets, billing, and overall progress Attend project meetings and maintain communication with clients and internal teams Help identify and resolve project issues proactively Maintain organized project documentation and reporting Support project execution while maintaining safety, quality, and schedule expectations Preferred Qualifications Experience in commercial construction project management Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Strong communication and organizational skills Comfortable using Microsoft Office and construction management software Experience with platforms such as Procore, FieldWire, or similar software is a plus Ability to read plans and construction documents preferred You May Be a
