Project Manager for Critical Infrastructure (Data Center)

Your mission As Project Manager , you will act as the Owner's Representative, leading the project execution and ensuring compliance with technical, contractual, and safety standards. Responsibilities Act as the Project Manager and Single Point of Contact with Owners and contractors. As the Owner's Representative, lead the project team (construction managers, inspectors, procurement team, project control, QA/QC, HSE, HR, engineering, commissioning). Assist the Owner on contractual matters, schedules, and milestones. Communicate and anticipate potential risks in the project plan. Support procurement strategies, including scope of work definition and division of responsibilities between contractors. Manage and resolve issues during the project, coordinating with cross-functional teams and vendors. Promote and lead project and construction follow-up meetings with contractors and Owner. Ensure compliance with Health & Safety standards and promote a positive working environment. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction, or related discipline (or equivalent experience). Minimum 15+ years of experience in construction-related project management. Experience in critical infrastructure or Data Center projects . Experience in industrial projects (GIS & AIS substations, data centers, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, oil & gas, petrochemical, laboratory, power, water, etc.). Strong knowledge of construction practices and sequence of work. Ability to manage field construction activities and labor. Ability to manage multiple budgets and schedules. Project Management certification (preferred but not required). Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal). Availability to work on-site in the Santiago Metropolitan Area. Ability to work in a multicultural environment and international projects ( interview will be conducted in English ).
