  • Contract Who We Are We Build NH is a owner-operated residential construction management company serving the White Mountains and Lakes Region.
We build custom homes and complete high-end renovations for clients who expect exceptional craftsmanship and attention to every detail. The Role We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to take full ownership of projects from pre-construction through completion — estimating, client communication, subcontractor management, and field oversight. You'll be expected to nurture client relationships, engage with prospective clients, and help bring new projects into the pipeline. We expect all PMs to be able and willing to jump in and support the site team as needed. Our home base in in Lincoln, NH. This role would operate as our eyes and ears on sites and with subcontractors in the Conway area. What You'll Do Own projects start to finish: scheduling, budgets, subs, inspections, and client updates Manage new project intake from initial sales lead through proposal and handoff Build accurate estimates in QuickBooks and present pricing directly to clients Engage with prospective clients — walk them through our process, build confidence, and help close projects Cultivate relationships that generate referrals and repeat business Manage subcontractors with a zero-callback standard for quality Be the main point of contact for clients — keeping them informed, confident, and happy Work closely with our design and field teams to stay aligned on every detail Problem-solve on the fly (because something always comes up) What We're Looking For Proven project management experience in residential construction or design-build Comfortable presenting to clients and talking through scope and pricing — you don't need to be a salesperson, but you need to be confident and personable Experience managing subcontractors and holding them to a high standard Comfortable building and tracking estimates Strong communicator — with clients and crews alike Able to move between field and office without missing a beat A high standard for craftsmanship and the details that make a luxury project stand out Your own respected network of subcontractors in the area is a major plus. This is a 1099 position, contracted to manage projects in the Ossipee/Conway/Jackson area. There is an opportunity to grow into a salaried full time position on the team for the right candidate.
