Job Description

Front Office Coordinator - Full Time Saco River Medical Group Saco River Medical Group is seeking a reliable and motivated Front Office Coordinator to join our team. This role is essential in supporting our front office operations, patients, and clinicians. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and committed to providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Position Overview The Front Office Coordinator is responsible for managing patient interactions both in person and remotely. This includes handling check-in and check-out processes, scheduling appointments, answering phones, and assisting with patient account inquiries while ensuring a high level of professionalism and care. Schedule This is a full-time position and may include weekend availability. Key Responsibilities Greet and check patients in and out in a courteous and professional manner Review and collect required paperwork, including copays, deductibles, coinsurance, and outstanding balances at time of service Provide patients with initial forms, ensure completion, and upload documentation into the EHR system Answer incoming calls and provide patient support Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient account information Schedule and reschedule appointments as needed Assist patients with general inquiries and resolve issues related to care and billing Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Previous customer service experience required (healthcare experience preferred) Strong multitasking and organizational skills Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Professional demeanor and positive attitude Must be legally authorized to work in the United States If you are a team player with a passion for helping others and delivering exceptional service, we encourage you to apply.
