Project Supervisor

Position Summary The Underground Utility Project Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily field operations for underground utility construction projects with a strong emphasis on Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD). This role manages crews, equipment, production schedules, safety compliance, quality control, and client coordination to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and profitably. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, extensive underground utility experience, HDD operational knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple crews and projects simultaneously. Key Responsibilities Field Operations Management Supervise daily underground utility construction activities including: HDD operations Fiber optic installation Water and sewer utilities Conduit placement Large OD bores Residential and municipal utility projects

Pay:

$61,152.25 - $73,645.71 per year
