Position Overview The Property Assistant supports the overall cleanliness, safety, and upkeep of Kings View's commercial properties. This role performs routine landscaping and janitorial tasks to maintain a clean, welcoming, and functional environment. What You'll Do Perform routine landscaping including mowing, trimming, and weeding Maintain clean and safe walkways, entrances, and outdoor areas Assist with light maintenance (e.g., replacing lightbulbs, unclogging drains) Clean restrooms, offices, break rooms, and common areas Restock supplies such as paper products and soap Empty trash and recycling bins Clean windows, floors, and high-touch surfaces Report maintenance issues or damage Follow all safety protocols and proper handling of cleaning materials

What You Bring Required:

No formal education required Ability to perform physical labor and lift up to 50 lbs Ability to work outdoors and in varying conditions Reliable and able to work independently or on a team

Preferred:

Janitorial, landscaping, or maintenance experience Basic knowledge of tools and safety practices Work Environment Primarily outdoor and facility-based work.
