DEVELOPMENT- Job Brief Maintenance Manager - Full-Time New Home Development, a non-profit housing agency serving Williams, Fulton, Defiance, and Henry counties, is seeking a full-time Maintenance Manager (40 hours per week) to provide standard maintenance services for our rental properties. Key Responsibilities Conduct regular inspections of properties. Develop and maintain preventative maintenance schedules for all properties. Investigate and complete minor repairs (e.g., roof patching, gutter repair/cleaning, light plumbing and electrical, HVAC, drywall, painting, basic carpentry). Perform routine landscape and grounds maintenance as needed. Identify issues requiring licensed contractors and coordinate with outside vendors. Respond to maintenance requests in a timely, professional manner. Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and property conditions in MaintainX. Respond to occasional emergency maintenance issues after hours as needed. Work Environment May require working outdoors and handling physical tasks, including heavy lifting and climbing. Qualifications Experience in residential property maintenance. Basic knowledge of plumbing, heating, electrical, and HVAC maintenance issues. Knowledge of construction processes. Computer knowledge. Ability to interact well with individuals with disabilities Valid driver's license. Must possess a dependable truck and show proof of insurance. Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Compensation Salary range:
$42,000-$52,000, commensurate with experience. Mileage reimbursement for use of personal truck. $5,000 annual health care allowance.
