Property Maintenance Technician

We're looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our crew serving the Jaffrey, Troy, and Peterborough, NH area to maintain 3 properties — someone handy, reliable, and ready to jump in and help keep our communities running smoothly. What You'll Be Doing:

Handling day‑to‑day maintenance and repairs to keep properties in great shape Troubleshooting electrical, plumbing, heating, and general mechanical issues Keeping an eye out for problems before they start by doing regular walk‑throughs Using a simple Android tablet to log work (super easy — we'll teach you!) Working with tenants and staff in a friendly, respectful way Alternating on an a rotating on call schedule with one other employee You'll Be a

Have experience with building, apartment, home, or even farm/property maintenance Know your way around basic electrical and plumbing work Can paint, patch, and handle general repairs for move‑ins and move‑outs Are dependable, good with people, and take pride in doing things right the first time Like working independently but also enjoy being part of a supportive team
