Property management and equipment work

Established property management and landscape business hiring for a full time, year round floating position. Roles and responsibilities include assisting property manager, overseeing mowing crews, equipment operation (loaders, excavators, skid steers, etc.) on small projects, equipment maintenance, property management small jobs, snow plowing, shoveling, etc. Applicants must have consistent work history, a clean driver's license, be able to work independently as well as with others, and communicate clearly with clients. Past experience should include equipment and management experience. Carpentry experience is preferred. Targeted training is possible for the right applicant.

Pay:

$30.00 - $36.00 per hour
