Property management and equipment operation

Established property management and landscape business hiring for year-round, full-time floating position. Roles and responsibilities will be varied and include assisting property manager with occasional odd jobs, equipment operation (excavators, loaders, skid steer, etc.) on small projects, equipment maintenance, oversee mow crews, plowing, sanding, shoveling, etc. Applicants must have a solid work ethic, consistent work history, clean driver's license, be self-motivated, work well independently and with others, and communicate clearly with clients. Experience should include equipment operation, lawn mowing, snow plowing, and supervisory roles; carpentry experience is a plus. Willing to do targeted training for the right applicant. Benefits include PTO and a flexible work schedule.

Pay:

$30.00 - $36.00 per hour
