Foshee Residential Management Company, LLC ("Foshee") is excited to announce a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated and skilled Property Manager to join our team in the vibrant Eufaula/Abbeville, AL area! Responsibilities of this position include (but are not limited to): Manages the financial responsibilities of the property including annual budget. With the assistance of the Regional Property Manager and the Director of Maintenance, identifies and coordinates the maintenance activities and priorities within budgetary limits. Responsible for the marketing activities of the property to ensure budgeted occupancy goals. Manages staff including Assistant Managers, Leasing personnel, Maintenance personnel and others. Coordinates social activities to ensure resident satisfaction and retention. Assess property security requirements and recommend changes as necessary. Qualifications /

Experience Necessary:

Education

• High School Diploma/GED Equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree preferred. Years of Experience
• 5 years' prior experience managing properties with direct supervision of staff. Certifications/Licensure
• Must have valid Driver's License. Prefer CAM/CPM or equivalent. Computer Skills
• Proficient in MS Office; Previous OneSite experience is a plus! Other
• Flexibility and adaptability to changing work schedules, requirements, and scope.

Cooperative and engaging team spirit with collaborative work groups. Significant customer service experience.
