Duties Manage the overall maintenance and operational activities of the property. Supervise maintenance staff and contractors. Conduct regular inspections to identify issues on reports. Lead facilities management initiatives that improve operational efficiency while managing budgets and resources effectively. Collaborate with tenants and landlords to address facility concerns swiftly, maintaining high levels of satisfaction. Requirements Proven management experience. Strong supervisory skills with a demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively. Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin to coordinate with team members and stakeholders clearly. Project management experience to oversee projects from start to finish.
