Full Job Description Job Description:

Florido Enterprises Property Management is seeking an experienced Property Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of a portfolio of commercial properties, including office and retail.

Responsibilities:

Serve as primary contact with property owners to ensure objectives are being met Perform regular property inspections and oversee daily vendor management, including repairs and improvements Manage tenant and vendor relationships; address and follow up on tenant concerns Negotiate vendor service and construction contracts Oversee major repairs and construction projects, including tenant and building improvements Coordinate marketing and leasing of properties Ensure compliance with codes and regulations Oversee timely rent collection, expense payments, lease compliance, and preparation of required legal notices Review monthly reports including operational summaries, collections, and variance reports Prepare monthly and annual budgets, forecasts, and management plans Approve coded invoices for payment Prepare and review lease abstracts Analyze and report on financial and operational property performance; participate in meetings with accounting and other managers

Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of commercial property management experience (required) Bilingual in English and Spanish (required) Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills Close attention to detail Working knowledge of multi-tenant commercial property operations Proficiency in Excel, Word, and AppFolio preferred (AppFolio 1 year preferred) High school diploma or equivalent preferred Valid driver's license required
