• Job Summary:

• We are seeking a skilled Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our properties. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining property rentals by advertising and filling vacancies, negotiating and enforcing leases, and maintaining and securing premises.

• Duties:

• Manage all aspects of assigned properties
• Advertise and fill vacancies
• Negotiate leases and rental agreements
• Ensure properties are well-maintained
• Address tenant concerns and maintenance issues promptly
• Enforce leasing policies and procedures
• Oversee rent collection and financial operations
• Maintain accurate records of property-related transactions.

• Qualifications:

• The ideal candidate is self-driven and results-oriented, demonstrates strong ownership of assigned properties and tasks, and communicates clearly, professionally, and proactively with tenants, vendors, and internal stakeholders. Proven experience in property management
• Knowledge of LIHTC (Low-Income Housing Tax Credit) regulations
• Familiarity with Fair Housing regulations
• Strong negotiation skills
• Excellent customer relationship management abilities
• Legal administrative experience is a plus
