Non-Exempt Position Summary As a Team Member of the Marketing team, the Property Marketing Coordinator is a CRCR Ambassador and takes personal ownership to ensure all their actions are in the best interest of the business. The Property Marketing Coordinator is primarily responsible for executing the coordination, hosting, and management of all promotions and events within the Marketing Department in accordance with all California Gaming Regulations and CRCR policies and procedures. When not actively engaged in promotions, the Coordinator will provide direct support to Host functions, Players Club operations, and broader Marketing initiatives.Position Functions Essential Functions:
Provide exceptional internal and external Guest service, treating each with courtesy and consideration. Lead the planning, coordination, setup, and execution of all on-site promotions, events, and giveaways; responsible for setup and maintenance of all kiosk promotions. Publicly serve as a host coordinator and emcee of on-site promotions and events. Establish and maintain vendor relationships when coordinating, promoting, and producing on-site promotions. Act as the primary liaison between CRCR and third-party bus tours and charters. Manage CRCR internal communication to ensure all departments are properly educated and prepared for upcoming promotions and events. Track promotion/special event pacing to ensure target participation goals are being met. Assist hosts in developing and executing special events on and off-site; help input all host reservations and manage special room amenities requests. Market property and all applicable promotions and special events through telemarketing, email, and in-person contacts. Meet and greet Guests, complete player tracking system enrollment, explain Players Club benefits, and build Guest relations. Assist with implementation of on-site promotions and events, register Guests, collect tickets, prepare participation reports, make announcements, and take photos of winners as necessary. Accurately perform data entry tasks associated with Players Club policies and communicate promotion details to all departments. Resolve Guest concerns and/or complaints to maintain positive Guest relations, expediting any issues to the appropriate departments as necessary. Complete daily reports and review internal audit documentation for accuracy and completion. Participate in ongoing professional development to continue to refine skills and knowledge in marketing. Have excellent Rooster socializing skills. Qualifications Minimum Requirements Must be at least 21 years of age. High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate). Demonstrate strong communication, Guest relations, and conflict resolution skills. Advanced understanding of how Casino Rewards programs work. Familiarity with training Team Members. Have previous Casino, hospitality, sales, and marketing experience. Proficient in Windows and Microsoft Office Suite. Proficient in HMS and applicable reservation software. Preferred Qualifications 1+ years related Casino Players Club or Marketing experience. Experience with player tracking software and reservation systems. Bilingual is a plus.Similar remote jobs
