ABOUT PACIFIC PROPERTIES MANAGEMENT
(STAY
WITH PACIFIC
) Pacific Properties Management (Stay With Pacific) is a founder-led, fast-growing short-term rental company based on Galveston Island. We manage 50+ vacation properties and are scaling to 100+ units. We built our own inspection technology in-house, created our own quality standards, and now we are hiring the people to uphold them.
THE OPPORTUNITY
As a Property Quality Analyst, you are the final checkpoint before every guest arrival. You will work through our proprietary inspection platform
  • a custom mobile app that GPS-optimizes your daily route, guides you through a focused 200-point audit, auto-generates inspection reports, and flags issues before they become guest complaints. Field-based role
  • you will not sit behind a desk.
We are building a two-person QA team intentionally. One analyst covers the east side of the island, one covers the west. You each own your portfolio and are the first name called when something needs eyes on a property.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Complete pre-arrival inspections using our custom mobile inspection platform Document deficiencies with time-stamped, geo-tagged photos Submit inspection reports and flag critical issues for immediate maintenance response Communicate directly with our housekeeping leads and maintenance coordinators Track repeat issues by property and flag patterns to management Represent Pacific's quality standards in the field
  • you are the last line of defense before a guest walks in Support property readiness during high-volume periods (holidays, peak season) Occasionally assist with inventory audits and supply restocking coordination Participate in team check-ins and platform training updates
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
You do not need a property management degree. You need to be the kind of person who notices things and says something.
Must-Haves:

  • you show up on time, communicate proactively, and follow through Tech-comfortable
  • you pick up apps quickly and use your smartphone confidently Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle Ability to pass a background check Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs Flexibility for weekend shifts and peak-season surge coverage
Nice-to-Haves:
Experience in property management, hospitality, housekeeping, or inspections Familiarity with short-term rental platforms (Airbnb, VRBO, Hospitable) Eye for design and staging details, not just cleanliness Experience using mobile inspection or field service apps Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
THE TECHNOLOGY YOU WILL OPERATE
Our inspection platform is built on Notion, automated with Make.com, and paired with Hospitable for guest communication triggers. You will use a structured mobile checklist, submit photo documentation, and interact with our internal ops dashboard. Training is provided

COMPENSATION AND SCHEDULE
$17.00/hour
Car Allowance:
$150/month
Part-time:
approximately 20 hours per week 2 open positions (East Island / West Island) Peak season surge pay available
