Property Runner/Field Assistant

Job Title Property Runner / Field Assistant Marco is hiring Property Runners / Field Assistants across Southern California to help with real estate and home operations tasks. This is flexible, part-time field work. You'll help with property check-ins, photos, vendor meetups, access coordination, open-house prep, light errands, documentation, and other simple on-site tasks that help homeowners, agents, and property teams keep work moving. You do not need a real estate license. You do need to be reliable, communicative, detail-oriented, and comfortable using your phone to take photos, follow checklists, and send quick updates. We care more about reliability, judgment, communication, and attention to detail. What you'll do Visit local properties and report what you see Take clear photos/videos when requested Meet vendors, contractors, or property contacts on site Help coordinate access, lockboxes, signs, keys, and simple errands Follow task checklists and send updates through Marco Represent Marco professionally in the field Where we're hiring We're looking for runners across Southern California, including Los Angeles, the Westside, Santa Monica, Venice, the San Fernando Valley, Pasadena, Glendale, Burbank, Long Beach, the South Bay, Orange County, the Inland Empire, San Diego, and Ventura County.
