PSR Aide

JOB SUMMARY

The PSR Aide is responsible for providing education to consumers by facilitating educational groups on various topics and building social skills that aid in the psychosocial rehabilitation of consumers. Additional responsibilities include documentation, transportation of consumers for PSR-related activities, and other duties as assigned by the PSR Lead, PSR Supervisor, or

CEO. MAJOR JOB ELEMENTS

Inspect premises daily to insure that all safety and sanitary requirements are being maintained. Maintains a standard of behavior that is, at all times, consistent with agency expectations and program philosophy. Insures that all program expectations are adhered to, and report any consumer concerns to the PSR Lead. Facilitates PSR education sessions, under direct supervision of the Lead PSR staff. Performs orientation and education of consumers, provides information, completes documentation and referral, record keeping functions as required. Under the direction of the Lead PSR staff, serves as an advocate to the consumer in the development and implementation of their treatment plan. Attends and participates in scheduled PSR meetings. Other duties, as assigned by the PSR Lead, PSR Supervisor, or CEO. Operates the van and/or vehicle for consumer transportation and business needs. Serves as an appropriate role model for consumers. Must be at least 21 years old and able to obtain a chauffeur's license.

Pay:
