Licensed Practical Nurse Job Details:

Assessing patients: Taking medical history, observing patients, and performing initial evaluations Monitoring patients: Recording behavior, observing progress, and reporting on changes Providing care: Providing basic care, psychological support, and nursing care Teaching patients: Teaching self-care activities and how to manage their condition Educating families and communities: Providing education about patients' condition Facilitating social events: Helping patients build confidence and social skills by coordinating classes or other activities Psych LPN /

Licensed Practical Nurse Qualifications:

2+ years of Psych, Corrections, ER or related nursing experience MT or Multistate LPN License in good standing Active BLS Clean background check upon hire
