City of Harbor Springs Public Works Maintenance Worker Fulltime seasonal with the possibility of permanent employment The City of Harbor Springs is seeking a Public Works Maintenance Worker. This position will be a full-time seasonal employee with the possibility of permanent employment at the conclusion of the fall season. The City invites applications from individuals with skills and experience in maintaining lawns, landscaping, streets, and other city infrastructure/facilities as well as operating and maintaining power equipment, commercial vehicles, and construction/maintenance equipment. The City seeks motivated and hard-working candidates who are independently productive and an effective member of a team. Demonstrating commitment to safety, work quality and customer service are required. Requirements include a valid Michigan driver's license and specific physical capabilities. The current salary range is $22.50 pr/hr. The hours are 7:30A to 3:30P, Monday through Friday. First review of applications will be May 22, 2026.
