We are seeking a full-time Purchasing Associate to issue purchase orders and ensure timely product delivery.

Essential Job Functions:

Responsible for the purchasing of office and factory operating supplies Assist in obtaining vendor quotes and lead time Additional administrative tasks as assigned Interact with office and factory employees to obtain supplies and materials needed to enable them to perform their jobs Meet with suppliers to obtain quality products, materials, and services at cost-effective prices

Requirements:

A minimum of 6 months' purchasing experience in a manufacturing environment Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel Experience in SAP preferred Compensation commensurate with experience.
